I have a 1947 Ithaca 37 16 gauge that I am going to start reloading for. I just bought a Lee Load All press because it was cheaper than conversion kit for my old VERSA MEC. Does anyone have any good formulas using Fiochi, Cheddite or Rio hulls? Also is there any special considerations for this shotgun because of age or anything else.

Thanks for the sharing of your knowledge.

Scott,

Are you looking for recommendations or data? I've never loaded for 16 but I've got a page full of data on the Fiochi hulls from a Lyman 4th Edition. Let me know, with specifics, if you need somethng from it.

Exactly what one ounce just stated, those are terrible hulls, if possible get Remington, or Winchester hulls for a decent crimp and usability.

Thanks to all!
Lyman 5th addition was very helpful as was BPI.
I appreciate the advice.

hAKron, Mucho thanks for the spreadsheet, it should be all I can use.
