What size are the grip screws for a 1911? Going to see if my hardware store has some stainless, hex head, screws in stock for my new 1911 I am picking up tomorrow.
Probably won't find them there either...as they are 1911 specific and spec'd out over 100 years ago.
Brownells or Midway are the biggest vendors. Other companies sell them too but you will have to look at the individual offerings to find them. Like Ed Brown, Wilson Combat etc. along with some grip vendors.

Call around to a couple local gun shops. Many not all, will have some on hand. 3 of the last 5 shops I've been in had accessories, grips, grip screws etc.
