Colt Gold Cup Elite with Cocobolo grips I made
Colt Custom .38 Super with Bloodwood grips
Colt Gold Cup Trophy
Yes, I made the display stands too.
A few of my 1911s.
I thought I had a lot of 1911s till I saw someone had 150 of em.
I had to strip the nickel off this one; now I have to remove the copper flash, have it engraved and blued
I think maybe Daveinvegas needs an intervention...
Nice, man, really nice.
I have some 1911s- all stainless. You guys with the parkerized 1911s (particularly the Springfields) may have forced me to part with cash over the next few days. Thanks.
nope, just got them and didn't have a hi-cap trigger or another 10-8 rear sight on hand.
BTW, i got the pair for $1500 and the previous owner had ~$2000 in Custom Shop work done to them (i have the paperwork from the Custom Shop).
so for the $3000+ that he had into them, i got it for 1/2 that and i don't have to search for a 9mm mil-spec anymore.
I was going to have the Custom Shop build me this gun at the cost of $2400, the only 2 things different from it are the S&A magwell, finish and checkering.
