I doubt it, because teaching a lesson carries the implicit assumption that the receiver has the intellect and inclination to learn.

I just got fed up with one of the mods who (along with his gang of Hitler Youth) kept cleansing the boards of any dissenting views that offended their sensibilities. he went so far as to post a reply claiming he didn't censor the board, but then went on his usual pattern: allow the gang of thugs to post disparaging remarks (which actually violate forum rules) and then slam the thread shut so nobody from the opposing point of view can reply.

The last time he did that, I posted a reply disproving the opinion the local bozo had called me a liar on. My reply had about a dozen URL's to back it up, and about five minutes after I posted it the whole thing vanished. That ripped it for me.

Just curious , but why your interest in this thread about 1911 Forum if you're boycotting until a regime change ? I would think you'd be disinterested ? Seems it would be a waste of time .

Well, it was up for a little while. Headed to the airport, and it is still down. No clue to what is happening. Jason will have it fixed as soon as he can, I am sure.

The 1911 board is up now. I logged in this afternoon, and I was automatically logged in this time. 10:33 CST.
