This is a prime example of why i take a negative approach whenever a thread comes up about anyone under 21 being allowed to own handguns. While this imbecile doesen't represent all teenagers, many of them show poor judgement or, as in this case, no judgement at all.

If someone is not yet mature enough to have learned to control his impulses, or at least put a curb on them, he should have absolutely no business having unsupervised control over anything that requires a bit of self-discipline, like getting a drivers' license, or any type of firearm, period. They should stay home and play spank-the-monkey till they know how to control themselves. As i said in a previous post, the actions of this little *******, and those like him as yet unheard of, represent a good argument for birth control or abortion.
