Whatever is going wrong is starting with the crimp starter. Aren't there 2 starters on the Load all? You might try the other starter and see if you get a reasonable starting crimp. The started crimp should be a nice cone that consistently angles in to the center. It should never bulge out over the main part of the hull. From your pictures, it seems that if you get that started crimp right, you won't buckle the hull when finishing.
One advantage of a fired hull is that the plastic mouth wants to fold back in correctly.
