20 Gauge Hulls

Whatever is going wrong is starting with the crimp starter. Aren't there 2 starters on the Load all? You might try the other starter and see if you get a reasonable starting crimp. The started crimp should be a nice cone that consistently angles in to the center. It should never bulge out over the main part of the hull. From your pictures, it seems that if you get that started crimp right, you won't buckle the hull when finishing.

One advantage of a fired hull is that the plastic mouth wants to fold back in correctly.

Yes it has a 6 and a 8 maybe i am not slow pulling on the handle or maybe i am going all the way down as far as i can i have tried bot 6 and 8 and they do the same thing i have a few fired hulls just not sure what they are playing around to try they did crimp very nice Yummy looking lol i am still looking at GB as their email is messed up i guess but i also emailed papcharlie on hulls no answer back yet so still looking when i have time mean time will load .40 and .223

The fact is. I have found the plastic to not have a good memory on fiocchi hulls and they seem a bit long aswell. So they do not like to crimp. If you trim 1/8" off of the hull and use a crimp maker to start the crimp they do ok. Still a weak plastic and are very easy to crinkle the sidewall with to deep of dish on the crimp.

Yeah A lot of people said they suck... So now i am going to look for some others to reload didn't think 20 gauge would be so dang hard to find LOL
It isn't; order some Remington Gun Clubs from Academy, shoot them up and you'll have empties to reload.......

Robert,
I'm out of interest in shot gunning and
I'm sitting on several big xerox paper boxes of hulls and WWAA20 wads, for which I have no current use .
If interested, please email me directly at [email protected], and we'll see what we can work out

Retfed (Lou).
