.22LR conversion for 1911 9mm

I'm the new proud owner of a 9mm Springfield Custom Loaded 1911 and am looking to get a .22LR conversion for it. Does anyone have any experience with one for a 9mm 1911?

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

The colt conversion unit i have doesn't seem to work in springfields.

Ditto above. Marvel makes the best, from what I've seen. Will cost you about $350 or so, though.
