2400 and .44 Magnum.

Wow, nice cat fight. I too like 2400 in .44 mag.. I load it behind a 240 grn Nosler JHP and have great success with accuracy. I like 296 too. 296, was just a tad, shall I say powerful for plinking.. the 2400 is a nice bridge between medium to fast powders like Unique and the 296..
 
What a coincidence, i ran out of my powder of choice yesterday and went ahead and grabbed the 2400. Loaded up 12 rounds of 240 gr. penn bullets (Tcbb ) with 20 gr.s of 2400...i was impressed! They grouped very well at 25 yards. I had not considered that powder for my lead rounds, but will now.
