Interesting , but the bill may have passed a couple of Committees, but isn't on the House calendar yet nor has it been sent to the MO Senate to be voted on to be sent to the Governor.

Actually the bill did pass in the house yesterday Feb, 8th by a vote of 103 to 43. And that is directly from the Missouri House of Representatives official website.

So it has passed the House and has the Senate to go through.

Does it include arrest authority of Fed agents attempti.... oh Ok, at the 6:00 minute mark the gentleman basically says MO officials will not assist. But if a Fed wants to come in, well, that's Ok

This isn't a first for this sort of state legislation. These days they're generally referred to as 2A Sanctuary or 2A Protection/Preservation. https://www.theorganicprepper.com/second-amendment-sanctuaries/ Alaska & Wyoming in 2010 and Kansas & Idaho2014/13 passed such laws. Back when TN put "no help for Feds in Anit 2A" legislation in place it was called Anti AWB.
