Maryland desperately needs your help...

Guys/gals: We as gun owners need to stick together.

If some drastic anti-2A measures happen in a state other than yours, don't think it doesnt affect you. Not only should you want to help your fellow gun owners and preserve 2A rights for everyone, but the more states that have rediculous anti-2A laws, the more likely your state is to follow suit. Don't think it can't happen to you.

So now I'm asking for your help. MD has proposed, among other things, an Assault Weapons Ban, and a "Gun Safety Act of 2010."

In each of those threads there are tools that make contacting MD senators/delates easier. Please, even if you're not from MD, take a moment to at least write an email or something. Letters to the editor of our papers are also helpful.

Please contact your Democrat senators if you live in Maryland or you get the short stick again.

I've contacted my State Senators and Delegates. I think the "Show Me Your Papers Gun Act of 2010" is too radical even for Maryland to pass. It should die in committee. My Senator is on the Judicial Committee, is well respected, and can help bury the bill.
