I am looking for a 3 gun shotgun. I have a Wingmaster 20, an A5 Browning (don't want to abuse it) and a 88 with two different barrels for HD.

Any recommendations? I'm thinking semiauto Benelli, Beretta, FN, maybe even Mossburg. 750-1200 is what I was budgeting.

What do you think?

The Benellis are the most often used by competitors. The pro being the inertia action and the inherent reliability in that design vs. a gas system. The main thing against the Benelli M1/M2 guns is the availability of parts. Going with a Remington 1100 Tactical gets you readily available parts, but it is a gas gun that many will tell you can/will fail under this type of use. It costs substantially less than the Benellis. You could also go with the FN SLP. It is another popular one in those circles.

I like the 1100. It would be my choice. There are plenty 3gunners here that can add their thoughts.

I run a Benelli M2, and it seems like the majority of competitors in Limited and Tactical divisions do the same.

That said, the SLP seems to be an up-and-coming choice for a lot of people, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it become a widely adopted choice in the next couple of years.

For open division, a lot of people run Benellis, but the Saigas are growing in popularity.
