I am looking for load suggestions for 165 gr. Accubond, 30-06 loads. Powders I would like to use are imr4895 or cfe223 or h4350 or rl 19 in that order of preference due to quantity I have thanks! This would be a load for black bear or other large game. Thanks!

Of those powders you've listed, RL19, H4350, and IMR-4895 will likely be the best performers. Personally I wouldn't use cfe223 for this load, it's a fast burner in this application, so it's going to challenge pressures when trying to get the velocity up where you want it for black bear and general big game needs, IMO.

In order, my personal choices would be H4350, RL19, and IMR-4895. I wouldn't personally go with cfe223 for this cartridge at all, I don't like fast burner's though.

Hogdon has loads for at least a couple different bullets of that weight, with all of those powders. You could work with that data, just use the starting or lower end charges published as your start charges and you'll be fine.

I shoot a 30-06 and I load 165/168gr bullets with H4350. My favorite load for that combination is 57.0gr H4350 under a 165gr SGK, 168gr SMK & Hornady Match, 165gr Nosler Partition and AccuBond bullet. Sometimes I go a little higher with Sierra and Hornady 168gr Match bullets.

Nosler max is 57.5 for h4350. Sounds good! Any hints on OAL for this one? I was going to start with saami max length.

Since you're using a Nosler bullet and Nosler load data you might as well start with the OAL Nosler used and work from there. (3.320") The OAL I use is useless to you since I'm loading for a Surplus Model of 1917.
