.308 savage for $300??

There is a savage .308 for 300 bucks at the local pawn shop, anyone know if this is a good price? I don't know anything about the gun, let alone bolt action's.

Is it a stevens/savage? (grey stock) ...if so, probably not the best deal since you can get them new for 300.

If no...try to find out which savage it is, and if it has the accutrigger and all that.

If it is a Savage model 10/11 then it would depend on if it has the accu-trigger or not (still not a bad price if it doesn't have the accu-trigger), If it is a Stevens Model 200 then you could find a new one for close to that price.
