30th Birthday Rifle

Any of the rifles OP mentioned seem like fine choices to me. I owned a Marlin 336 and had repeated use of a 94 as well, so either would be fine. Winchester is more svelte and handled better for me. I'm curious about the Mossberg, it seems like a 94 clone as much as anything.
Nice thing about the 30-30 is, in a real pinch, it's also a blackpowder round too. Try that with an AR.
