31cal colt

Anybody tell me about this revolver. No markings at all xcept 311 cal black powder only. Just a guess looks like the 70s or maybe 60s. The box is made three times better then the ones now. It has a 3 digit serial number. But, the number is on every moving part.

Maybe it was a special edition.
It looks similar to the nickeled 1975 Pietta Spiller & Burr below except for several case colored parts.
