325wsm and H4831sc 200gr bullets

Anyone having good luck with this combination and 200gr bullets??

I don't see it much in the reloading books. I would think if it was a good 300win mag powder why not the 325 short mag?

Sierra #VI has data for 325 WSM W/ a 200 gr. bullet and H-4831 SC.

Looks like middle of the road velocity wise, who knows about accuracy. H4350 is the fastest load shown.

I'm thinking about maybe starting with Varget instead?

Nosler doesn't publish Varget loads, but the powders they are using are similar burn rate to it.

The H4831sc is not close on the burn rate chart to Noslers most accurate powder tested, the W760.

One reason I'm thinking Varget is I just used some in 30-06 and had 1 MOA accuracy in a sporter weight rifle, and was happy with that for hunting inside 300yds.

I read of people having good results with Varget, and H4831sc in 325wsm so I'm insure where I'll begin.

I don't need to run this rifle full throttle either. It's more gun than I need. Which is one reason why I like the H4831sc, it fills the case even though it might tun 100fps slower than the other powders.

I'm thinking the 200gr hot cor @ 2750 is a good goal for me.
