Looking at Taylor's - needs about $75 of parts (ejector rod, shroud, shroud screw, and spring). Taylor's seems expensive to me though. Maybe there is a less expensive source.

That product blackens the brass?I haven't done it yet but I have a bottle or Birchwood Casey's Aluminum Black that I've been meaning to try on the brass grip frame. From what I've read it's supposed to work but will wear off with use. I believe the frame was blackened on this gun that belongs to the member Claydoctor on another board:
