36.5 grains of RL-7 wasn’t bad in my Ruger #3, but by far my most accurate load is 42.5 grains of H-335 with the 200 grain Sierras. I’ve played with different loads in this rifle for many years, with less than stellar accuracy,until I stumbled on the 335 load in an old Hodgdon manual. I haven’t run it over the chronograph yet, but the manual shows 2027 from 43 grains(max) out of a 20” barrel. Starting load is 41.0.
