.38/.357 Unique and LSWC range report

When it comes to classics like 45 colt is there anything better? i have yet to find it.

I would contend these powders are at least as good and possibly better than Unique in the .45 Colt:
Universal
AA#5
HS-6
W231
Herco

I like AA#5 and HS-6 for heavier loads and W231 as overall use...

How does Bullseye work in .45 Colt?

I never personally tried Bullseye in the .45 Colt but I would think it's way too fast for such a heavy bullet in a large case like that one...

Bullseye is just fine in large capacity cases. You should be worried about Bullseye in small capacity cases.

I still use #5 sometimes for 45 colt, but again it's not unique. Trail boss is working for some folks and i assume these are people with limited experience.
