I've heard a lot of good things about Clays powder and I have a few hundred each of Rainier 155gr flats and 155gr Oregon Trail LSWC sitting here. Does anyone have a 155gr Clays lead load? Hodgdon lists 3.6 gr for a 155gr XTP starting load. A 10% reduction (per Rainier's jacketed to lead instructions)=3.24. Figure 3.3gr of Clays to start.

If anyone has a good mix, let me know.

3.3 is a good starting point. I have loaded some jacketed 165's with 3.2, it just cycles a stock Glock 22 and shoots super soft.

FWIW, my 165's were JHP and ended up at about 1.125". They were right around 140 power factor from a G22. The brass landed less than 3 feet from my feet, basically it just rolled out of the gun at a slow spin.
