Getting old ain't for sissies! A shoulder injury forced me to sell my beloved Mossberg 500 shotgun. So I purchased a 410 Saiga. Went to the range yesterday and shot it for the first time. Very nice and I am real satisfied with it. The sights are very close together so a red dot is in order. I put several rounds of bird shot and several slugs through it, cleaning the barrel after each shot. Three of the slugs went through the same hole at 50 yards. The recoil was very light on the shoulder. Having AK's, it will be easy to operate in the middle of the night when things go bump. Typical AK crudeness but functional.
