I'll try to post one today or tomorrow, if I can work my daughter's camera.

The 1200 fps figure comes from Keith's book, he sent a box or two of his handloads which was seventeen and a half grains of #2400 behind his 429421 bullet, to the Peters Cartridge Co. where he had an acquaintance who was a technician there and conducted tests which proved out to be 20,000 units of pressure and 1200 fps. I have one old Lyman Reloading Manual I found in a flea market which gives this load and shows it 1200 fps. The manual notes that this should only be used in servicible revolvers and "approached with caution." I'm not sure the barrell length of the revolver used to conduct the velocity tests at the Peters Cartridge Co. The 20,000 cup's of pressure should be safe in most modern revolvers of good quality.

Well, will give the picture a try.
