Only 45 colt hand loads I have used so far are my own cast loads 200gr (.452 dia) for Uberti SAA, used for general plinking and target shooting.
They work just fine. Just picked up new Henry Big Boy 45 Colt and would like to load 240-260 gr jacketed for use in both guns.
However the bullets available seem to have random dia of .451 & .452. Is that so slight a difference that it is not a concern at all or do I have to slug the bore?
(Uberti is .451.grove dia.) Any suggestions?
Anybody loading for Big Boy 45C?

Not going to matter with jacketed bullets.

Even if it slugged .454", there would be nothing you could do about it anyway, as all .45 jacketed bullets are like you say, going to be .451" or so.
