anybody seen a conversion cylinder that can handle 45 Super or 460 Rowland for a quaint BP revolver?

Black Powder revolver?

If that is what you are talking about then no. Never in fact. BP revolvers can't take anywhere near the pressures of the .45 Super or Rowland.

.460 Roland runs 40000 PSI. .45 Super runs 28000. .45 Long Colt is an equivalent diameter black powder era cartridge with maximum pressure of 14000 PSI.

Even if you can find a .45 ACP conversion cylinder to chamber them, the pressure will probably be beyond the limits of the frame.

TL,DR: bad idea, unless you want to be known as 'Lefty'.

40K psi, that's higher than the .44 Magnum. Maybe if you could find a .454 Casull that uses moon clips. Also sounds like something that Freedom Arms might do with their Single Action guns.
