I am working with the 45 Super now. Was able to get some data from powder manufacturer if anyone is interested.
Alliant wouldn't offer up anything but a quick note telling me it isn't SAAMI sanctioned.
Accurate however did. Waiting to hear back from others.

It's a great cartridge, I've reloaded for it for a few years now and it can be loaded from practical all the way to equaling the 460 Rowland as long as you have a comp. There's a LOT of data here, both factory and personal:

Someone recently posted some AA7 data they got from a book in there too, seems like a good choice. Alliant's Power Pistol is one of my favorites for the .45 Super.

My experience with 45 Super in a Glock 21 is that some point the slide will move too fast for the magazine spring to feed the next round. That's even with an extra power mag spring and a 21 pound recoil spring.

I've put a 24 lb spring in it and it works great with full power 10mm loads and also ejects standard ACP loads.
I would like to get some loads for Hodgdon powders if anyone has worked with them. Their site shows standard acp load pressures. I may have to start with their max load and work up from there. I'm using a KKM fully supported chamber so I'm not worried about the smiley face case. Once I get going on this, I'll post my findings.
So far, I have loads using N-350, #7, HS-6, WSF
I'll keep ya posted. Should be a great round

If you are pushing the Super to 460 Rowland levels using a "proper" chamber, springs and comp you have a backdoor, less safe 460 Rowland. Might as well get a Rowland kit and do it right...
