.460 Rowland and lead...

I have a bunch of XTP's to load for the 460 and the 45 Super. I also have about 2000 Hornady 200 gr Cast Lubed SWC's I'd like to load. Does anyone see any problem with loading the SWC in either of the two calibers?

I would think the lead would be better saved for ACP loading. Would you put 87 octane fuel in a Ferrari?

Those Hornady lead bullets are extremely soft. You could use them as long as you don't drive them above 800 fps.

That makes sense. I.didn't realize they were that soft. Never used any of them as they were given to me by an Uncle some time ago. Sure don't want to have a leading problem.
