I wonder if the Midway coupon codes the just emailed out will work on this?

Either way, I'll be waiting til the next time they offer $500 lifetime. Unfortunately I'm a little bit strapped on cash thanks to Midway!

Indeed--Larry Potterfield/MidWayUSA is a true American Patriot! I had the extreme pleasure of meeting him in Houston at the NRA National Convention. For those that know him I am stating the obvious but he and his wife are two of the nicest 'down-to-earth' people I have ever had the good fortune of meeting.

ks5 - about 1990, they had a deal where I would make interest-free quarterly payments and only pay half-price before they raised it to $750. I made 10 payments of $25 for just 2 1/2 years for a total of $250. ;)

Then, about 15 years ago, I moved up to Endowment for half-price. This time, I was able to do it in one payment instead of having to string it out.

Seems like around Christmas they offer a life membership for somewhere in the $300-$400 range. I can't remember exactly, but mine was cheaper than $500 within the last two years.

I was an annual member for about 25 years. I finally decided to put my money where my mouth (and heart) was and become a life member. I did it when the NRA ran a special a few years ago.
No regrets...money well spent. I decided to invest the price of a firearm purchase in the NRA to help insure that myself and my three sons will continue to enjoy our firearm freedoms.
I enjoy the magazine, proudly display the Life NRA bumper sticker, and even use it in my sig line here on THR.
