6.5-06 load data

guys, I have ran a custom 6.5-06 for a while now and it's a very impressive round to say the least... I have only worked with the 140gr Berger hybrid to this point with different powders. here are some loads that I've found that are safe and performing in my rifle. always start 10% lower and workup.

140gr Berger hybrid, Norma 30-06 brass, 54.5gr h1000, 2846fps

140gr Berger hybrid, norma 30-06 brass, 55gr re25, 2830fps

140gr Berger hybrid, norma 30-06 brass, 56gr re26, 3015fps

all of these loads are sub 1/2 moa, but the re26 velocity is amazing! the h1000 and re25 loads are within 1 click of each other at 700yds. I just today worked up the re26 load and strelok pro is telling me I will have 24.1 moa of drop and 1686fps of retained velocity @ 1000yds from a 100yd zero... can't wait to try it out, just have to get some more hybrids.

the 2 top loads may be faster as I used a cheaper chronograph back then, and a magnetospeed now

I've tried those Berger hybrids in a 270 Winchester with similar results. I am a big fan of Reloader powders and have good results with Reloader 25 in my 25-06. I haven't got around to Reloader 26, yet! Reloader 16 is next on my list.
