6.5 Remington Mag Loads

I'm looking for help on loads for this rifle. I use 120 grain bullets and load data is conflicting to say the least. Hodgdon says the max load is 51 grains of 4350; Nosler says it's 57 grains. Looking at Hodgdon's data, velocity is way down vs. what the cartridge is capable of while Nosler's data shows the speeds I'd expect. Any experience within this group?

What Bullet are you loading?

Different Component = Different Pressure. What bullet are you loading? Data shows your talking about IMR ? The 6.5 Rem. Mag. has been around a long time. Old data shows max of 51.0gr IMR 4350- 120 gr bullet. Nosler data is shown using a 24" PacNor Barrel. Hodgdon using a 26" barrel. I would trust Hodgdon's very old Dupont data.

I'm using several 120's. Rem Corelok is what I'm working with now. Most everything I've read indicates imr4350 and h4350 perform virtually identically. I'm using h4350.
