Just checking what a Smith and Wesson 66-1 2.5 inch snub goes for in your area.

I know sometimes it can vary regionally. Thanks!

Holy cow!
I paid 126 NIB during a local police buy back in the early 70s.
Man.
I gotta' get out more!

Nah, why go out? Anyway, ignore the above posters. They're just being silly. I'll give you 260, that's doubling your money! Not too bad! ;)

I gave $1400 for this ANIB M66-1 about 6 months ago. Never been fired (until after I bought it:D). It was a premium price, for sure, but I had been looking for quite a while for this exact configuration, and got lucky at a local gun show. The price tag in the picture is what the guy I bought it from paid for it, don't know what year, but he said he stuck it in his safe and it had been there ever since. This gun dates to 1980. It's my regular EDC now. I changed out the factory stocks to preserve them, but I like the size for a CC gun; the replacements are from Altamont. There is a 66-1 2.5 used, no box or papers, no original stocks for $990 here. A bit much in my opinion.

They're higher than I'm willing to go, for sure. $1000-$1,200 is high condition model 27 territory. K & L frames I won't go higher than about $700 for VG condition. I recently picked up a 6" 19-3, G to VG, for well under that.
