Robinson Arms has a notification on their website indicating that they use Wolf for testing and have run thousands of rounds without any trouble at all.
I've also heard and read that 7.62x39 AR's run fine with steel case and are far more accurate than an AK. It's not just the round, the rifle itself has a lot to do with accuracy.
Also the primer sealer probably has almost no fouling effect on the chamber and not all use a sealer anyway. There is a possibility that the lacquer coating on steel casings could muck up the chamber, but again I'm not convinced that all cartridges are lacquer coated.
In my group, a lot of .223 AR jockeys run Wolf and they don't seem to have any issues.
