Vaarok, if there ever was a textbook definition of lust I exhibited it towards the '95 Winchester in 7.62x54R. A lever gun with a bayonet lug, how can you not love that?

I like the 7.62x54 round and the current economy of shooting it, but not a big Nagant fan. Anyone know of any commercial rifle currently made in this caliber?
I'll give you the cheap ammo, but the 54R hasn't a flatter trajectory (the opposite is true) and '06 steel core is available. I really don't see how it is the "better" cartridge unless you put cost far above all else.54r IMHO is better tha -06 by far, flatter trajectory, commercially MUCH cheaper, and can be had in steel core variants.
