I was loading 800x 10mm's today with my new setup and found that I was getting really great and consistent results. I was weighing every charge with my pro2000 and worst case was +/- 0.2 grns but better then 92% were with in +/- 0.1 grns. I got bored with the consistency after about 80 rnds so I quit and just made the rest of the ammo with spot checks.
The key appears to be shaking the uniflow in my setup. What I did was splice in the uniflow into a hornady actuator so I can bell, prime, expand and drop powder all on station 2. This station is part of the removable plate and it gets a lot of shaking during operation of the press.
Consider this if you like 800x or something like it. I will have to rethink my 800x usage as I used to have a bit more swing in the dispensing then I am getting now.
