Has anybody used the 90gr .355 Sierra Sig Sauer V-Crown Bullets Jacketed Hollow Point in a 9mm loading? What powder and charge? What pistol?
(I know, it's a .380 weight bullet)

A lot of fun in the pistols. Nothing special in the AR
I am new here so I will be cautious about what I say. Been loading Sierra 90gr HPs on and off for forty years. My first pistol was Colt 1911 series 70 Mk IV 9mm. I started out with Herco and went to the max charge specified in the 40 years ago data. I had some feeding problems because of the short OL 1.01" and took my pistol to Warshall's on 1st Ave in Seattle. The gunsmith shot several of my loads into his test pit. Recommend I back off on the powder to avoid hammering the frame. Years later while solving problems with my Steyr GB I decided that 115gr was better for feeding reliability. Had well over a 1000 Sierra 90gr JHPs so when I picked up some 3n37 I worked up a 90gr JHP load with the numbers from the first VV manual. I was able to match my Herco velocities before I got pressure indications shooting from a P7 PSP. I didn't even get close to the max load in the VV #1 book. I didn't load any more. One attribute of the 3n37 formulae was stable velocity. My experience 90gr JHPs over Blue Dot was unacceptable levels of variation in velocity. 3n37 was much more stable. The problem with 3n37 is book loads are all over the map. So unless you are an expert (I am not) you will find the difference in the loading data intimidating. I have proven loads with old powders like Herco which work. I don't shoot or carry 90gr HP loads. HK doesn't recommend anything lighter than 115gr and I find that weight very reliable. A lot of 9mm pistols have feeding issues with 90gr loads. I carry 115gr Sierra over BlueDot. A super conservative choice. There are better powders than BlueDot but I have been reloading with it since 1979. It is a flash bang load, not suitable for night shooting.Has anybody used the 90gr .355 Sierra Sig Sauer V-Crown Bullets Jacketed Hollow Point in a 9mm loading? What powder and charge? What pistol?

Nope, not in pistol rounds for sure..I haven't found reading primers very satisfactory.
