I believe that's the short-range training stuff that need to be used in a tapered-bore barrel. The plastic bullet breaks up and a small steel ball is squeezed out a small muzzle. That little ball has apparently damaged barrels when bouncing down the bore of a standard barrel. Use at your own (and your barrel's) risk.
Probably won't cycle it is a plastic bullet with a steel bb in tip.
I shot some through a ruger 9mm blackhawk the sealant around bullet makes them hard to chamber.
