9mm Die Set Question

I like the crimp the FCD gives me. One thing that has not been mentioned is if you don’t like the post sizing aspect of the FCD you can remove the sizing ring from the die and just have a crimp die.
 
There is nothing special about the crimp of the FCD, it's like the others. One thing I do think is good, is that the crimp feature is built into a stem threaded into the body vs the body its self. It floats on the o-ring and can be adjusted more easily. Not that it is hard with conventional dies, including the Lee crimp die made the conventional way.

My .40 FCD barely touches a case now and then with plated or jacketed, haven't tried it with lead, but my .45 ACP FCD was squishing the crap out of all of the, lead, plated, or jacketed.
