anybody have any idea on where i could get the best deal on some 9mm jacketed bullets. Midway has rainer 1000ct for about $76. is that about as good as it gets?

You could try these folks, I haven't purchased from them but if they have a decent bullet and there isn't a lead sur charge, it looks like a decent price, as things go.
