9mm +P 115gr JHP enough for home defence?

Its fine, just be sure to practice, practice, practice. Shot placement and followup shots work well. Really a 12 gage with 00 buck will stop almost anybody as well stand a better chance of hitting a person with one round. Just the sound of racking the slide will make almost ANY BG think twice.

I use 9mm 115g and 124g for HD. Anyways goodluck
