I just bought a used p89 for cheap and have some questions.
9mm Luger ammo is 9x19 right? I only ask this because I was looking at ammo on one of the various websites and there were several different types of 9mm ammo, being that I'm still getting acquainted with 9mm, I figured this would be a good first question.
If you were to carry a 9mm as a sidearm while hog hunting, in an area where hogs and coyotes are known to walk up on you while you're trying to disassemble a feeder, what ammo would has the best stopping power. I'm not saying this will go all the time, because usually it's the GP100 on the hip while in the pasture.
Where can I find a factory manual for a p89? I searched on Gunbroker and couldn't find one and I don't particularly care for ebay, but searching there I couldn't find one either. Are there websites that sell that type of thing, or at least a takedown manual.
Off the subject, is .357 sig ammo specifically for the sig semi-autos? Or will it fire in any .357? I'm assuming that it's sig specific, but still pretty new to handguns and the various ammos' available.
That's all I can think of right now, sorry for the noob questions, but I feel like I need to know.
