Here is what the antis have in mind for next week, so nice of them to let us know... This is from a web sight called the Messanger, an anti-RKBA group of the first magnitude.

CALL YOUR SENATORS ON TUESDAY, FEB 24TH

PROTECT GUN VICTIMS' RIGHTS

Please contact your U.S. Senators on Tuesday, February 24th and ask them to oppose S. 659/S.1805/S. 1806 and to support a filibuster of S.659/S.1805/S.1806. The Senate is scheduled to consider the gun lobby's immunity bill as early as Wednesday, February 25th. We need your help!

S.659/S.1805/S.1806 is dangerous special interest legislation that would take away the legal rights of gun violence victims and give sweeping legal immunity to the gun industry - immunity that no other industry enjoys. The NRA wants to slam the courthouse door shut on victims of gun crimes by granting immunity for Bull's Eye Shooter Supply and other gun dealers. Bull's Eye armed the D.C. snipers and also sold guns used in 52 other crimes. If this happens, the families of victims of the DC snipers will have their suits against Bull's Eye thrown out of court. The dealer walks away scot-free.

Justice for gun victims must be preserved. To make an impressive showing we need everyone to help out. Please call your U.S. Senators TODAY and tell them not to close the courthouse doors on gun violence victims!

STEP 1: On Tuesday, Feb. 24th, call the Capitol Switchboard at 202-224-3121 and ask to be connected with your U.S. Senators. (You will have to call twice to get both Senators). Call between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm EST.

For regions other than Eastern Standard Time, that's:
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Central Standard Time
7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time
6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time

STEP 2: Tell your Senators ask them:

1) to oppose S. 659/S.1805/S. 1806 and
2) to support a filibuster of S.659/S.1805/S.1806.
Step 3: ENLIST YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CALL ON TUESDAY.

Please forward this action alert to your e-address books!
