A Mission First AR-15 caught my eye

Hi, all. A local dealer built a 16" AR-15 with many Mission First components: Rifle Stocks, Pistol Grip, Rail System, Magazine, Sights, Gas Block. I asked about the upper, lower, and barrel but got no answer (yet). The lower they say is their own -- AXTactical. A $1200 gun.

What are the good questions I should ask before committing to my first AR-15?

What should I expect for BCG, barrel, and lower?

Step 1. Buy a known brand.
Step 2. Build half a dozen more rifles because no one stops at one.

I'm guilty of researching large purchases to death and I'm guilty of sticking to what I've found to work well for me.

If it were me, I'd get the Colt 6920 or 6720, some extra mags, and ammo. If you have mags and ammo and want to try something different (mid length) then the same $1,200 would get you into a BCM.

Thats just me, though.
