I was left a Henry .22 Magnum when my father passed last spring. It is smooth, accurate, and very handy. It had one issue though, the magazine tube pusher kept popping out when I shot it. I couldn't really see how it was supposed to stay in there, and wanted and opinion before I started hacking on it. I sent an email to Henry making it very clear that this was a used rifle and I was not expecting anything but advice. I sent that email at about 10pm. I found an email in my inbox marked 7:50 am the next morning giving directions on how to fix it and they even offered to send a free part to correct the problem if I gave them my address to send it to...
I was expecting a form email telling me to take it to an authorized service center reminding me that repairs should only be made by a competent gunsmith.
Kudos to Henry....
