Well, I am sure they are keeping track of pro vs. anti sentiment among constituents, however the sentiment is expressed (calling, writing, email). But the suggestion to use pen and paper is a point well taken. It also helps to try to get "letters to the editor" in local papers, especially if they have political influence.They probably have no idea that you sent a letter in because like so many functions done today are done by computer. This is why you write a real letter,put it in an envelope and mail it. Someone will actually have to open it and read it.
