I have used both Acme and The Blue Bullets, as well as SNS Casting coated bullets. I like the two hundred grain SWCs without a lube groove.
I have found them all to be very consistent in wieght and diameter. I like the Acme best as of late. Their coating matches the red grips on my nineteen eleven best and they are not quite as slick as the SNS, which means I dropped them less.
Acme also seemed to have less "lipstick chunks" in the bottom of the bag (in the box).
The Blue Bullets coating was a bit chunkier, but shot just as well. They do leave quite a bit of "Smurf dust" around. I personally like the opaque blue color, or "Safety Blue Ammunition". Additionally the odor is a bit more phenolic smelling than the others while firing. (I can also detect insulin very acutely, some humans can't, I guess
.)
If it seems I chose rather arbitrarily, I did! They are all very good!
I will try Bayou Bullets or Eggleston next for nothing more than their variety of colors.
Collated, color-coded cartridges cross checked with a calendar of charging conditions! Coined, cleaned and cutely curtailed in the cartridge carrying case. Of course coordinating with clothing chosen to complete the caper!
Hmmm... Power Pistol and periwinkle pistol projectiles placed perfectly on paper...
