I bought an 8" rifled insert in .38 Special for 12 gauge and there's a H&R Pardner at my LGS for cheap. Does anyone know a feasible way to add rifle sights to a H&R Pardner that only has a front bead? I don't much care if it's beautiful, the rest of this gun isn't other than the color case hardening on the receiver. It was somebody's "truck gun".

It’s been done. The best I have seen were soldered on. I think it was on a 10 ga too so the recoiled would have been fearsome but they still held up.

JB Weld and the sights of your choice would work

JB Weld will work. You have to be careful about centering the sight on the barrel and finding a sight that has a base that matches the contour of the barrel.
Also....with a little practice, you can become quite accurate with that insert and just a bead. After all, you are not gonna be shooting long range.....i have a similar insert in .45 ACP and within 25 yards, i can hit what I am aiming at.....soda cans and such.
