Aftermarket Ruger MkIII 22/45 iron sights?

The factory iron sights on my MkIII 22/45 are not so good when shooting at black targets at an indoor lighted range.

Black sights on a black target don't allow for much contract, particularly when I use a center-hold rather than a 6 o'clock hold.

I've seen any number of fiber optic or otherwise bright, high-contrast sights for other pistols, but do any exist for the Mk III and if so, what do you recommend?
