AI chassis for the Remington 700

Does anyone know if the Accuracy International chassis for the Remington 700 allow for the host 700 to have a heavy barrel, or does it only work with the standard size barrel? I have tried to look it up and cant find the answer.

In short, Yes you can use a varmint contour bbl with the AI stock.
