There's a bunch of these in the firearms threads, figured it'd be fun to have one here. What are your high round count (pellet/bb count?) through an airgun?

Mine is a Daisy 499b- I have just over 12,000 bb's that I've put through it. I changed out the original main spring and plunger around 8k- just because the original one seemed a bit harsh. Replacement is softer. Also changed out the funnel on the barrel after the original cracked.

Those old smoothbore Daisy BB guns are really hard to wear out... I got a used one as a present when I was a kid. It was clearly well broken in at that point. I have no idea how many of those old "milk carton" style containers of BBs I put through it. I eventually bought another airgun, but not because the old Daisy stopped working. My sister ended up with it. I should ask her if she still has it and if it still works all these decades later.

I put 7000 pellets through my first PCP (Umarex Origin) before it developed a leak. I probably have put another 3 or 4 thousand since it was repaired but don't shoot it as much as I used to since I got my TalonP.
I have no idea how many rounds I have put though it. Probably a lot less since it is a single shot but still in the thousands.

My newest is my first regulated gun and I can get a lot of shots per charge. I shoot 100 to 300 shots a day though it. I have not kept count, but it adds up fast.

This question intrigues me so I pulled some of my data together.
I have a bunch of airguns. I started keeping a log of my shooting in Feb 2021 as much as a catharis as anything. I have averaged about 30-35 shots a day from start of logging until today. My high round count guns over this time are as follows. Keep in mind this is only from February of 2021 and I have owned a lot of my air guns for much longer than that. Here are the top players so to speak.
HW77K 1614
HW35E Stainless 1515
HW35E 1277
HW77K SE 1204
HW95 1004
Air Arms S200T scoped 976
HW30S 956
Diana 54 Air King Pro 876
HW30S Silver Deluxe 859
Air Arms S200T 855

Truth be told my 35's and 30's see a lot of use and have seen a lot of use previous to the logging, except the stainless 35 which was bought during the time I was logging.

Note that the only guns that have had a parts breakage were the 77KSE which broke a spring (still fired fine) that I replaced, an HW95 with a bad seal/over lube basically out of the box and the Diana 54 had some issues out of the box. A couple others have aftermarket springs in them not due to failure or issue but due to desire and most were done early on. The 77KSE has been owned for many years and shot a lot. Remember these numbers are only from the last year. The HW95 has been owned a very long time and has been running like a top since it was fixed like more than a decade ago.

My .22 HW30s is going on 17 or 18 years and has never had anything done to it besides shooting and delren piece I added to the cocking arm in the way back time. Its just as sublime to shoot today as it was almost 20 years ago. I have been shooting it this week actually.
