My bad guys, I meant I wish we knew what the folks who sell it to us are paying for it (lgs, recobs, pv, etc). For some reason I always think everyone will know what Im talking about, even though I blurt out mangled-ish half sentences in my posts.

But now that I think about it, its also pretty interesting to hear what you guys are paying for it.

Now that I think about it, I'm also curious to hear what you all are paying for your Primers too. I got 1,000 Federal, small pistol primers for $28.50 + 6% tax, but the guy had to go back into the warehouse. It had just come in on a truck earlier in the day and hadn't been put on the shelf yet .

While I was able to get some Bullseye powder for $17.95 a pound, primers locally are in the $35-$36 range + tax. So, I ordered a bunch online, and after figuring in the price + shipping + hazmat fee, it came to $27 per 1,000 primers. I figured I saved about $11 per 1,000.

No good question. I Been in retail/ wholesale along time. the distributer is the one to find. But now that I don't live in the Chicago area and in Tn. out in it (Country) I have to travel for powders still or pay 30.00$/.lb Rifle powders same/but no pistol? The only thing about a small town is that I can haggle as I need also 5000+ spp. so I'm watching!
