Where do the "Tactical Toes" attach to the AK? :neener:

Nice rifles! :D Beta Mag and AK Drum. Sweet...

By the way, Welcome to the THR!! :)

You don't have a problem with hitting the foregrip on the AK when you reload? It looks awful close.

[SARCASM]I don't own any "Assault Rifles" or "cop killer" bullets either for that matter.[/SARCASM]

I have several recreational/personal defense rifles that have pistol grips and 30+ round magazines. The fact is that more armies issue them than any other rifles.

But since you asked for "assault rifles," I didn't want to embarrassed them by splashing photos of them on the internet and implying that they are somehow cosmetically impaired (which they are most definitely not).;)

PCFlorida, those are nice, but they're not 'assault rifles.'

I believe there is a "show us your AR" thread here somewhere they'd better fit in.

I'm wanting to see some really cool Colt 9mm suppressed happy guns, heck, any Title II weapon would be nice to see ( if you have a tax stamp for it, it's Title II )

These aren't assault rifles, though they may have qualified as "assault weapons" during the 1994-2004 ban.

I tend to like them simple and uncluttered.

How did you get a select-fire DPMS? :scrutiny: Wait - You didn't *intentionally* refer to your homeland defense rifle by that made-up, bogus phrase of the antis, designed to demonize us among the fence-sitters out there, and actually put it in a thread TITLE, now did you? In which people are willingly participating, no less? I hear the sound of the brady bunch laughing their fool heads off at us hanging ourselves with the rope they provided to us....

I'd love to show you mine, but I don't have any "Assault Rifles"!

All of my Homeland Defense & Sporting Rifles are semi-auto's.

They only have some of the visual characteristics of the full-auto Assault Rifles they are based on.

Lets leave the improper use of the term "Assault Rifle" to CNN News & Billery Klinton.
God knows they use it enough already!

Warning! Pedantry Ahead.

Technically the MP5 is a submachine gun. A true assault rifle fires an intermediate round between pistol rounds (such as 9x19mm) and full-power rifle rounds (Such as 7.62x51mm).

The intro from the "Assault Weapon" wiki. "The term Assault weapon is derived from the term assault rifle, itself a translation of the German word Sturmgewehr, literally "storm-rifle". In its technical sense, the term Assault weapon refers to a military weapon used to aid in military assault operations, that is, attacking a fortified position (as referenced in multiple uses in military terminology below). Legislators and political lobbyists have adopted the term to refer to specific semi-automatic firearms and other firearms listed by specific characteristics for statutory purposes."

So here are some real, authentic, not neutered for civilian sale "assault weapons". Although the K31 would be more for defending a fortified position but I'm sure it could do double duty if the Swiss ever needed it too.;) Here's some terms the local media has used to refer to the 91/30 and it's round......."high-powered rifle slug", "7.62-caliber round came from a Russian military rifle", "powerful rifles", "It was a military round, a NATO round...", I didn't know 7.62X54 was a NATO round??? But the media makes it sound a lot nastier than your deer rifle don't they?
